It all lies within your vibration.
The energetic frequency that you emit into the universe. The magnetic field that you create that attracts thoughts, emotions, people, and situations that serve as a reflection of your present state of being.
The problem is that most people are unaware of the vibrational frequency they emit. And those who are aware cannot maintain a high vibration level to create any lasting impact on their lives.
In this article, we will dive deep into how to raise your vibration permanently so that things flow your way effortlessly.
What Is Vibration?
Now, you might wonder what vibration is and how it can give you what you want. Here’s the thing you should be aware about:
Every human being living on this planet emits energy at all times. 24-7.
The level of this energy, or the energetic frequency that you emit, is a reflection of you, which consists of your dominant thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits, and actions.
And, just like a radio tuned into a specific frequency, your energy attracts thoughts, feelings, people, and situations vibrating on the same level.
Therefore, if you’re looking to improve the quality of your life, whether be it health, wealth, or relationships, you have to increase the level of your vibration to a point where you consistently attract higher-level thoughts, emotions, people, and situations that allow you to create whatever it is that you genuinely want.
How Do We Raise Our Vibration Permanently?
The key question is: how do we raise our vibration level consistently so that it becomes permanent?
Most people will tell you to think positive thoughts, repeat mantras into the mirror, or write essays on how grateful you are to be alive each day. I’m not saying they’re wrong, but I’ll give you a different approach.
I’ll break down my action plan into three key components, including actionable strategies you can implement.
What You Consume
The first component, what you consume, affects you on three levels: your mind, body, and spirit.
The food you consume, whether you’re getting proper nutrition or eating the right foods, affects your health and well-being, which directly affects your vibration.
The content you consume: books, movies, music, and information, affects your level of thought, corresponding to the vibration you emit.
And finally, your lifestyle directly affects your spirit. Are you doing activities that are in line with your higher goals? Are you keeping the company of people who nourish and support you to be the best version of yourself?
Everything compounds, which brings us to our next component.
Your Daily Habits
What you do on a daily basis can determine what you’ll create in your life.
Many people think that you have to feel the motivation before you can take action, but it is, in fact, the other way around: you have to take action before you can feel motivated.
Consistent action to improve an area of your life leads to consistent high vibrational output, which leads to a permanent increase in vibration.
The only difference between a failure and a successful person is the level of actions they undertake on a consistent basis.
The only difference between a rich and poor person is the level of actions they undertake on a consistent basis.
The key thing to note here is “level of action”. If you do the same things that led to where you are in life right now, you will stay stuck at the same level in life.
The main challenge to overcome is to take action to improve even if you’re not feeling like it. It will be difficult initially as you will go against your subconscious mind, which is your default programming.
To do so consistently will require awareness and purpose, which brings us to our third component.
Your Awareness And Purpose
Awareness of how your mind influences your actions is critical in creating new habits to increase your vibration permanently.
Awareness of how your mind sabotages your efforts to change, even for the better, is key to taking positive action regardless of any discomfort, laziness, or resistance created by the mind when faced with change.
To take action consistently, on the other hand, requires purpose.
Your self-belief, conviction, and mental strength.
Without these, it will be difficult to sustain any form of change. Your “why” will be the key to permanently raising your vibration.
The Truth About Manifestation
Many Law of Attraction or manifestation coaches claim you must always feel good or think positively to increase your vibration, but this is far from the truth.
Only by taking consistent action can you create consistent thoughts and feelings that further fuel positive action.
Your actions determine your vibration. To permanently raise your vibration, you will need to raise the level of your actions permanently. And, the higher level of action that you take, the easier it is to manifest something into existence.
The richest businessmen effortlessly manifest more wealth in their lives due to their high-level actions.
The best athletes in any sport effortlessly manifest top-level play due to their high-level actions.
The happiest people manifest more happiness in their lives effortlessly due to their high-level actions.
The key to manifesting effortlessly then lies in the level of action that you take.
The higher the level of the action, the easier it is to manifest.
The question then becomes: what action are you willing to take to create the life that you want?
